Whatever fruit the pie is (always fresh local fruit) evaporated cane juice, organic flour.

Crust:

Organic flour, butter, evaporated cane juice, sea salt

Vegan Crust:

Organic flour, non-hydrogenated vegetable shortening, evaporated cane juice, sea salt

Pound Cakes

Organic flour, butter, evaporated cane juice, farm fresh eggs,  milk, apple cider vinegar, baking soda

Shortbread

Organic flour, butter, evaporated cane juice, sea salt

Lemon Bars
