But what makes us so revolutionary, you ask. If you haven't already read our manifesto, we believe that good food is for all, not just those who can afford the fancy stuff. We use only all natural ingredients sourced as locally as we can, using produce that is in season, flour that is organic and making things the good old fashioned way that grandma would be proud of.
The newest diet crazes and new agricultural wonders are of no importance to us. We know that butter usually is best--hydrogenated shortening can step aside; eggs should come from drug free, happy healthy, free ranging chickens, and dairy from drug free, happy, healthy grass eating cows.
All of our goods are made completely by hand with the utmost love and care.
Pretty wild that something as simple and basic as using real ingredients, by real people with real love for their customers is something that is revolutionary. But in this age of industrialized, cheap, genetically modified, nutrient lacking (the list can go on) food, hand made all natural baked goods really are.
